The controller is Spyros Kokkoris, operating under the trade name Noostrid (personal / sole-operator activity — not a registered company; commercial registry details TBD).

2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, topic, message, consent, basic technical metadata (IP, user agent) for security and spam control.
- Email: whatever you send to hello@noostrid.com.
- Essential cookies: language preference (n_lang) where applicable.
- Server logs: typical access/error logs on the hosting server.
We do not use advertising trackers or behavioral ad profiles on this site.
3. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Responding to enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) (consent).
- Security, spam prevention, site operation — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
- Legal obligations (where they arise) — Art. 6(1)(c).
4. Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to reply, evaluate work, and follow up reasonably (typically up to 24 months, unless an active relationship or legal need applies). Logs are kept for shorter operational windows.
5. Recipients / processors
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany (EU) — technical server hosting.
- Email delivery: the mail stack used for hello@noostrid.com.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Primary processing is in the EU (Germany servers, Greece ops). If a non-EU tool is used later, this policy will be updated and appropriate safeguards applied.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — where applicable — via hello@noostrid.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: dpa.gr.
