Governing use of Noostrid services.

Services

Noostrid provides web development, managed hosting, and business automation services on a quote basis. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed per engagement before work starts.

Payment

Payment terms are set per engagement. Work does not begin until deposit is confirmed.

Intellectual property

On full payment, clients receive ownership of their deliverables (code, design, copy). Noostrid retains the right to show the work in portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Hosting

Hosting is provided month-to-month unless agreed otherwise. We give 30 days notice before terminating hosting for any reason other than breach.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Noostrid's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Greek courts.
